Tragic question: which is misguided, Wall Street or the protesters squatting in it?

Parallels between the Wall Street drama and the Woodstock era keep piling up. Ever read how central the ethnic liberals were in plotting, financing and running the hippie movement? Behold, an actual Obamista communista's involvement in today's saga:

Wall Street Protesters: Fabian Strategy?

Reporting the Fabian factor is extremely astute of this writer Ann-Marie Murrell. Fabianism is so important in subversive history that frequent PN speaker Dr. Steven Yates has covered it heavily in his latest book -- the fine one he is presently promoting at meetings.

Watching the above footage, it was all so familiar: the open-air music, makeshift sanitation, coeducational sleeping bags and..... free food! When they got to the latter, I knew it was "déjà vu all over again".

The on-screen narrator merely chirps that the food has been donated for the protesters, but doesn't say by whom. That could be an interesting blind spot: in the 1960s Haight-Ashbury district, hippie mania was literally fueled by provisions courtesy of an obscure group known curiously as the Diggers.

Funny, nobody's ever so much as brought us a thermos of cold lemonade when my crew are protesting. They've thrown things such as a child's denim jacket, but not shown any generosity that I can recall from 23 years in the streets.

To be continued.
