GOP huffs and puffs about.... state income taxes!

Well, to what do we owe this honor -- federal politicians taking on an issue like our decidedly un-Constitutional April 15th bloodlettings at the state level? I'm afraid to ask.

Emboldened GOP wants to abolish state income taxes

What's next -- state politicians muttering about abolishing the IRS? I wish.... talk is cheap! SPEAKING OF WHICH, just in is one of the most sheerly fatuous -- and starkly revelatory -- headlines all month: "Mike Reagan, Rush Limbaugh Blast Romney for Smears on Gingrich". As you sit wondering why nothing ever changes in federal politics regardless of who's in power, observe this neocon rogues gallery:

Mike Reagan -- warmongering hatemonger radio blabbermouth claiming the mantle of his president father -- accurately in way too many ways!
Rush Limbaugh -- total judas-goat, clearly hired by the GOP to endlessly burnish its image and spew its false-dichotomy propaganda. Would it be rude to ask why half the things and people he's promoted over the past 20 years have nothing to do with the real world?
Mitt Romney -- a conservative governor from Taxachusetts, the same witches' wonderland that gave us Teddy Kennedy? Just how dumb do they think we are???!
Newt Gingrich -- for them to waste righteous indignation over THIS wolf in shepherd's clothing is... well, if Newt is a genuine alternative to or opposite of the Dummacrats, maybe the4 moon IS made of green cheese.

It's all theater, don't you see? They're still all going to pile in at Bohemian Grove, but don't google that unless you really want to know the shape we're in.

How many more plutocraticians?

Ain't gonna happen while the only people allowed near the job are worth between 50 and 500 times what we are.

Man bites dog! Phil Donahue and Piers Morgan talk sense

Rumor had it that Phil Donahue was backing Ron Paul. Trust BrasscheckTV to send a file that fills the gap for us who don't have TVs!

Phil Donahue, an American media personality, writer, and film
producer best known as the creator and host of 'The Phil Donahue
Show', was interviewed recently and had some very common sense
arguments against the next war.

"You can hear the drums in the background," says Phil as we listen
to any one of the Presidential candidates on the campaign trail.
"You can't use an anti-war platform to get elected, so maybe that
explains why it's so easy for us to go to war."

Phil's right, but I certainly hope he's wrong...

...........Phil is 77 years old, and has spent his entire filthy-rich career putting common sense through the meat grinder as millions watched on their sets at home. Better late than never, though. Notice:

* Dialectically, the implication is that "pacifist" is a dirty word that nobody should want to be called. I've got news for them -- PEACE IS PATRIOTIC, as come to think of it they also imply.

* Discreetly unmentioned by these two card-carrying leftomaniacs is the present most notorious warmonger in entire the world -- Obama. In fact, Phil makes his point with reference to only Republicans. Discreetly unmentioned as he reaches back TWENTY-NINE YEARS through history to refer to the US invasion of Grenada: Slick's Monica war against the former Yugoslavia.

* "It looks like we've become a warrior nation" -- partly with your help, Phil! And overwhelmingly through the influence of your industry.

Forgive me -- I'm thrilled to see two talking head deities chatting this way. I have suffered such anguish seeing them and their ilk wreck civilization all my life that I'm now compulsive about condemning them.

I don't think history would condemn me for it if they for some bizarre reason took notice of this piercing yet far from famous blogger.

War brings safety -- peace is dangerous. One of the many upendings of sanity that REPUBLICAN politicians have brought us in the mad post-9/11 age. "Yeah, 9/11 changed everything," all right -- up is down, right is wrong, war is peace, "The greatest country on earth" is the biggest human terror on it.

/\/.\/\/.

PS Just for fun I just looked up the 15-minute Grenada "war" in Wikipedia. Har, har, the theme cooked up for it was "Operation Urgent Fury". Isn't that cute? Baby babblings can be so endearing.

At the timr I was a rock-ribbed reactionary Repub in my groping for a political position that made some kind of sense. I attempted to defend the 15-minute war to my leftwing boss in the organ business. "Sure," he scoffed, "action maybe have been needed, but that's like going after a mosquito with an elephant gun!"

Letwingers have greatly helped me on my way -- sometimes by being whacko, sometimes via their sanity.

Time for some good news. Here it is from our friend and frequent meeting speaker Steven Yates:

All,

I am pleased to announce the recent publication of my new book, Four Cardinal Errors: Reasons for the Decline of the American Public (Brush Fire Press International).

This book surveys the full sweep of early and recent U.S. history to argue that what was becoming the greatest civilization in human history was hijacked and taken in a specific direction, in accordance with four mistakes we made along the way, the four cardinal errors: (1) Our ancestors failed to secure full economic independence from the British Crown in the 1790s. (2) A generation or so later, our country embraced an educational system steeped in Prussian assumptions (that the individual is owned by the state) instead of American ones (we are owned only by ourselves and our God). (3) We replaced the native Christian traditions of our Founders with a materialist worldview, the product of the Enlightenment and of the need for a mass consumption culture. And (4) We failed to recognize the centrality of the British Fabian Society (founded in 1884) for the subversion of a culture based on self-reliance and enterprise and its replacement by one encouraging collectivism, dependency, and welfare-statism.

By the 1960s-1970s these had begun to dovetail; the past half century reveals the history of the rising of those I call the superelite: a cabal of globalist financiers and Fabians who had begun directing as many nations as they were able to control towards a singular goal--world government, run in accordance with a techno-feudalism in which the individual person would have no rights against government or global corporations. The superelite has been working for over a century through national political and economic elites including the two dominant political parties of America, the Federal Reserve System the founding of which they engineered in 1913, mass media and many other globalist-leaning corporations, diverse organizations including the Council on Foreign Relations, the United Nations, the Bilderberg Group, the Trilateral Commission, the World Economic Forum, and others; through "free trade" agreements such as NAFTA; and through a government-controlled educational system aiming at subservience and conformity.

This is not a "conspiracy theory." It is an account of directed history. By the 2000 decade, this effort was sufficiently accomplished that there was no need to hide any longer (see David Rockefeller Sr.'s Memoirs published in 2002), although as early as 1970, leaders of this cabal were openly writing down and publishing their plans for how they wanted modern civilization to "evolve" (an example is Zbigniew Brzezinski's Between Two Ages: America's Role in the Technetronic Era published in 1970). Hitler, let us recall, also wrote down his intentions in Mein Kampf. Had he been read, believed, and seen for what he was, the history of the 1930s and 1940s might have turned out quite different!

Four Cardinal Errors is intended to present an overview of this history, discuss in stark detail where globalism and Fabianism have brought this country, and evaluate existing strategies for opposing an agenda which, if it comes to full fruition, will almost assuredly mean the continued decline of the United States of America as a world power, not to mention the utter destruction of the American middle class and what little is left of Constitutionally limited government.

Please note: I am willing to speak to your organizations. Simply respond to this email accordingly. I have attached a flier so that you can order copies of Four Cardinal Errors at a discounted rate.

Thank you for reading. Please note: this is a one time emailing; you have not been added to any list. You are receiving this because you are in my address book. If you wish to be removed, please inform me.

Best,
Steven

Newt, the flaming liar and repellent conman; "Feds, military owe $3.4B in unpaid taxes"

It would probably be safe to say that every word Newt utters is a fraud, because even if he accidentally tells the truth about something, it's only because it will be to his selfish personal benefit. Thus he's a crashing bore -- but there's something enjoyable about watching neocon blowhards like him trip themselves up:

http://www.nationalreview.com/articles/289159/gingrich-and-reagan-elliott-abrams
Gingrich and Reagan
In the 1980s, the candidate repeatedly insulted the president.

The bizarre surprise this time is the author of the piece. Elliott Abrams will never be one of our favorite people

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elliott_Abrams

.......because it's a little hard to respect anybody so central to the Iran-Contra affair, much less a figure in on the absolutely treasonous, conspiratorial monstrosity known as Project for a New American Century.

I'm a part-time admirer of President Reagan's, but dream with me how wonderful it could have been if he'd gone after the communists running Washington and striking deals with the Russkies all those years!

.......Now here's an intriguing page. It (speaking of serial husband Newt) sums up a case that is urgently needed, 100% relevant to today's doings, and so politically incorrect that the left shoe is now firmly on the right foot!

http://networkedblogs.com/t1XID
Clinton Sex Scandal Now GOP "Redemption" Mantle

The way politicians abuse the Bible and its holiest precepts is despicable. Does anybody remember that Slick Willy, following on the heathen FDR's "new deal" motto and similar, started off his reign of terror under a pious rubric of "new covenant"? What a lovely turn of phrase.... where did Slick and Algore steal it? Oh, yes, it's John 13:34, Christ's words at the Last Supper! If Republicans are really trying to prettify this slimy green newt creature with the word "redemption", there's nothing more sheerly vulgar.

I don't even know how it could be more asinine -- "Christians practice redemption" is a motto barely semantic. Christians don't practice redemption -- God does, through his Son's atoning work on the cross. I think it's pseudo-conservatives' "post-Christian" way of trying to say "Christians practice forgiveness," but that would only work if the forgiven sinner has foresworn his sin, renounced it and done everything possible to put things right.

While we're on word studies and I'm just kind of letting loose here, an thought about a headline which came in today:

After Three Years, It's Time to Admit President Obama Has Failed

Laid bare there is one of my main peeves of them all: the unwillingness of people to call any public figure corrupt or maybe even poisonous. "Obama has failed"? Here are a few verbs that would fill that slot far more truthfully: OBAMA HAS...

refused defied aggravated disgraced lied cheated featherbedded conned perpetrated slandered libeled betrayed stonewalled

How about LIED, at least? Surely we all have the moral courage to say he's lied? That should be so much easier, more popular and "safe for work". But where is anybody saying so in the hearing of any audience? HOW MENDACIOUS DOES IT ALL HAVE TO GET?

You only live once. Please -- be the first. Say it. Wherever you go.

"Romney admits he wont end Obamacare" and other neocon shockers

It was so disappointing to see George W. Bush elected on sham promises of giving normal healthy people everything they want... with him and many of us knowing he didn't mean a word of it. And it was so disappointing to see him re-elected after doing things even his radical communist father warned would be disastrous (they were).

It was extremely disappointing to see a glorified nobody with an alien name and agenda get elected Prez three years ago.... after the heartbreaking failure of ameriKa, a supposed bastion of arch-conservatism, fail to even assure Ron Paul of the Republican nomination!

But what is really more exasperating than anything is to see Republicans AND conservatives go running after empty suits AGAIN like Romney, Gingrich and Santorum, idolizing and idealizing them, everybody giddily glorifying their main personal heart-throb among them as if they'd never been made idiots of by a Republican prostitician before.

http://www.westernjournalism.com/romney-admits-he-wont-end-obamacare/
Romney Admits He Won’t End ObamaCare

As you view the above-linked video, bear in mind that Gingrich has been one of the (?) people working hardest for an Obama-style health scheme for many years. Romney is playing Mr. Nicey-Nicey Wimp while Gingrich is all bluster, a motor-mouthed blowhard with an ego the size of Alpha Centauri... but the bottom line with these creeps is always to leave the Soviet Socialist status quo in place once they take office. I ask you, what further proof could one ask that we are simply caught in a pincer movement known as "the two major parties"?

The above lousy news got to me via http://anunews.net/. I can't recommend that politically incorrect page highly enough! Other headlines there at the moment include Aspiring Dictator-in-Chief Mitt Romney Says He Would Sign the NDAA and How to Avoid Voting For a Globalist Puppet (shows supposed arch-rivals Newt and Mit laughing hysterically at us).

At bottom of this installment I've pasted a knockout article on Newt's real history and agenda. Sorry about the formatting -- like most things digital in my life, blogger.com has lost some major marbles on me.

Now for a literally smashing short video on the other main joker still playing the farce -- Rick Santorum:

http://www.brasschecktv.com/videos/campaign-2012/rick-santorum-has-never-heard-of-america.html

The bad news is all of the above. The good news is that so far, in spite of the System's hatred of all patriots (not least the brilliant Judge Napolitano), we're all still at our posts, dishing the truth and deflating the lies every day.... and there's really not much they can do about it.

Think Ron Paul. Vote Ron Paul!

KILLER NEWT

January 25, 2012 by Bob Livingston

Apparently, Newt Gingrich never learned the Mark Twain adage: “If you tell the truth, you don’t have to remember anything.”

Fresh off his win in South Carolina — in which the State’s Republican voters expressed their preference for a guy who can play a crowd with a planned, made-for-TV sound bite over a person of substance — Gingrich went into full Gingrich mode and started talking off the top of his head again. It always gets him in trouble.

This time, he just flat out lied.

Trying to reinforce his conservative bona fides, Gingrich intimated he was a Barry Goldwater/Ronald Reagan conservative. “I went to a Goldwater organizing session in 1964. I met with Ronald Reagan for the first time in 1974. I worked with Jack Kemp, and Art Laffer and others to develop supply side economics in the late ’70s. I helped Governor Reagan become President Reagan. I helped pass the Reagan economic program and worked with the National Security Council on issues including the collapse of the Soviet Empire,” he told NBC News’ Brian Williams during the GOP debate in Tampa Monday night.

Gingrich is trying hard to “prove” he’s a conservative. It would be a difficult slog if people paid attention to reality and substance rather than fluff and propaganda. Unfortunately, most Republican voters are treating the nomination process like another episode of “American Idol” or “Dancing With the Stars.”

Gingrich has supported cap and trade, individual mandates, bailouts, TARP and gun control. He believes the USA Patriot Act is good legislation. He said he would have voted for the recently passed, Constitution-killing National Defense Authorization Act, which allows the government to arrest and detain Americans on U.S. soil and hold them indefinitely without charges or trial.

On numerous occasions, Gingrich has called Franklin Delano Roosevelt his favorite President of the 20th Century, and has said FDR was the greatest President. This is the same FDR whose New Deal policies both deepened and prolonged the Great Depression, who confiscated private property (including individually owned gold), redistributed wealth, raised taxes on businesses to more than 90 percent, conducted illegal wiretaps, tried to shut down opposition newspapers, used government make-work programs to finance and work for his campaigns, illegally interned 110,000 Japanese Americans, gave special benefits to labor unions, destroyed food while Americans starved, let Communists infiltrate his Administration and made a deal with Joseph Stalin that left millions of Eastern Europeans to suffer and die under Communism.

A Goldwater/Reagan Republican? Hardly.

( Gingrich is a leftist, progressive, neocon Rockefeller Republican by his own admission; see here and here). If elected, he will govern as such.

The birth certificate back in the news

Oh, Mr. Pezidential Legal Team -- what you said!

http://patriotupdate.com/17556/judge-whacks-obama-in-eligibility-case

Help us out here. Surely you didn't really say “Presidential electors and Congress, not the state of Georgia, hold the constitutional responsibility for determining the qualifications of presidential candidates.” Didn't they ever tell you? The fedgov is the creation of the states, ergo they own and control it. But what really concerns me is your contempt for the citizens and their concerns.

Thank God for Southern states. More often than not, any actual progress that occurs comes from down hyah. I'm so proud of this fact I even bust my buttons just to see a Southern States garden supply store when it happens!

...........This article doesn't contain anything earthshaking

http://www.wnd.com/2012/01/carney-dodges-obamas-college-transcripts/
White House dodges Obama's college transcripts
Evades question with comment about tax documents

...........but it's always good to see Les Kinsolving in action. An Episcopal minister as well as multi-media star, he has repeatedly reported to press conferences to ask top-level stuffed shirts the questions they least want to hear!

The pezidential mouthpieces simply affect a dismissive, haughty tone when inconvenient truths are brought up. Notice how the White House shill dances all around this major issue and then -- talk about Freudian slips! -- says “I can’t tell you why somebody believes, despite all preponderance of the evidence, that the president was born … uhm … in … uhh, uhh … was born here and not somewhere else" (emphasis added).

Wouldn't you say that so much anxiety in being confronted with a subject is quite an answer itself? "Certification of live birth," my eye.

That reminds me of something.... a friend boasted having a bottle of the extremely rare (and even controversial) variety of booze known as absinthe. I asked to see it, and the label did a diabolically clever job of hinting that the green stuff inside was genuine. It boasted of the product having "flavor to rival the best absinthe brewing traditions" etc. yet managed never to either confirm or deny that that's what the product actually was. It was my unhappy duty to point out to him that the bottle was prominently labeled ABSENTE, which actually means "absent" in the drink's native French tongue.

Do you suppose its creators were retirees from the Presidential flack staff?

Journalist Kinsolving crumples like all demon-possessed neocons further down in the above article when the subject turns to those Marines peeing on Taliban combatants they've just killed. I'm sorry to disagree with 90% of the supposed conservatives in ameriKa, but that is the classic behaviour of conquerors -- not liberators. Well, what do you want from a site (WorldNetDaily) run by the son of Mideasterners whose fondest wish is for ameriKa to kill a much of the Mideast as possible?

Joe Farah is his name.

............Have you heard the big news? The ability to debate with great charisma is now the only requirement to get the Republican nomination. I don't know where this particular meme came from, but it's been parroted for weeks throughout Republican circles, and now..... "Two strong debate performances, including an applause-getting smackdown confrontation with a debate moderator over the speaker’s ex-wife’s accusations, powered Gingrich’s primary win"!!!

http://patriotupdate.com/articles/evangelicals-swayed-vote-for-newt-in-sc
Evangelicals Swayed Vote for Newt in SC

>Gasp< -- wait a minute, do you suppose there's any chance that this "debating skills" business is nothing but a trick cooked up by the big-government GOP establishment, and then -- horrors! -- repeated ad nauseam by the leftwing media in hopes of causing a self-fulfilling prophecy?

That the communist loony-left media love Newt is unmistakeable, at least since he has the distinction of not being Ron Paul. Sunday's Greenville News-Snooze headline was simply IT'S NEWT, in a huge font size normally reserved for massive, world-changing developments. Apparently they're on a first-name basis, Newt and that dirty rag. They belong together considering that beneath his blustery, innately meaningless and empty exterior, he is as communist/loony-left as they come.

Remember, now -- skill in debating is all that matters. Issues don't; your track record in Congress is now less than meaningless; your real agenda can cower in the shadows till you get elected. And as recent decades show, you can commit absolutely any crime you want once you're Pezident, and Republicans will still stand up for you, the commie media will still more than tolerate you, and even Democrats will have the consideration to speak only of lesser matters.

"Evangelicals Swayed Vote for Newt in SC" THANKS FOR NOTHING, fundy fools!!!!

PS If you've read down this far you're probably ready for this dosage of stuff -- but remember, Barry is only the latest model of deeply racist Commander in Cheat:

Great dirt on the media bluenoses

Finally... FINALLY somebody thinks to put the shoe on the other foot!

Media stars are all evangelists. Every comedian, every newscaster, every comedy or drama series star.... they're all engaged in preaching all the time. Even when not shaking the finger at us directly, they're acting out scripts and situations that spell the worldview they passionately, berserkly wish to imprint on us.

The only problem is that that worldview is simply the opposite of everything we, the people, want or embrace. Needless to say, when they mount the pulpit to condemn Ron Paul with the only dirt they've been able to find on him, they're hitting him with the only moral issue they acknowledge: "racism!"

The main ingredient missing from our conservative agendas is DOING TO THEM WHAT THEY DO TO US. Below is a case where some bright person had the idea to simply try and see whether the evangelists from hell measure up to any moral standards at all themselves. The results are way too mild and way too brief, but it's a start.

Congressional shenanigans easily outshone by Ron Paul

First email in my inbox at this moment:

Ron Paul Supports Celente’s Call for “Intellectual Revolution”
KINGSTON, NY, 18 January 2012 — Following his second-place finish in the New Hampshire GOP primary, when Ron Paul stood before the television cameras to address the crowd, he didn’t crow about his personal victory or denigrate his opponents. Instead, he told supporters that “we are dangerous to the status quo of the country,” and spoke about the power of ideas.

“I think the Intellectual Revolution that’s going on now to restore liberty in this country is well on its way, and there’s no way they’re going to stop the momentum that we have started,” Ron Paul said.

In fact, Gerald Celente has been championing the call for an “Intellectual Revolution” for years. In 2009 he secured the domain www.IntellectualRevolution.com, and in an April 2009 Trend Alert he wrote:

“I am calling for an ‘Intellectual Revolution.’ This is a revolution about thinking – not manning the barricades. It’s about brain power – not brute force.

Nothing short of total repudiation of our entrenched systems can rescue America. We are under the control of a two-headed, one party political system. Wall Street controls our financial lives; the media manipulates our minds. These systems cannot be changed from within. There is no alternative. Without a revolution, these institutions will bankrupt the country, keep fighting failed wars, start new ones, and hold us in intellectual subjugation.”

http://teapartyeconomist.com/2012/01/17/congressman-has-police-confiscate-all-cell-phone-cameras/
Congressman Chabot of Pennsylvania was giving a speech in a public place. Two constituents were recording this. A policeman told both of them this was illegal and to hand over their cell phones. They both insisted they had every right to do this. The policemen told them they did not, that it was against the law.

People have always asked me what I thought it would take to get us free again. Maybe they're thinking massive civil disobedience, an armed takeover or something -- but I always tell them "All it would take is for the truth to spread to enough people, and the system would fall bloodlessly. That means people like you and me simply spreading the truth and exposing the lies in sufficient numbers." Great that Ron and Gerald have caught up with me!

PLEASE watch the CONgressman Chabot video -- and relish the reason the jack-booted thugs give for rupturing the First Amendment: for the protection of the attendees!

Awww, they're so caring, aren't they? After all, if your video catches the back of Mrs. Miller's head sitting in front of you, word could get out that SHE ATTENDED THIS PUBLIC EVENT! Don'cha know it could damage her reputation, cause her to lose her job, embarrass her before friends who could wrongly (or rightly) assume she supports CONg. Chabot, etc.... and she would sue the police for allowing you to film her from behind.... and the police dept. would never recover!

I guess I'll have to give up on Charter webmail's reliability -- there was another email just now headlining Ron Paul's insistence that the average America's fair share of income taxes is zero. I mainly wanted to point out that it's exciting, liberating things like that that make Dr. Paul stand out and cause him to be made a "non-person" in the Orwellian sense by both the media-government complex and the GOP establishment.

In glaring contrast to the rest of 'em, Ron gives us the things we really want! He tells us what we want to hear, but the shocking irony is that when he says it, its true -- whereas the others only talk truth and reality on the campaign trail WITHOUT MEANING A WORD OF IT.

At the debate in Myrtle Beach I was interviewed by Jon Camp of ABC affiliate WTVD in Charlotte. Told him that Ron's the only Republican contender who's even human. He wanted to know why. "Because," I said, "the others are all clearly from some other planet where they're immune to what the people here really think, want and need." No doubt it would have gotten broadcast if I hadn't made the mistake of giving his partner a copy of The Real News.

It's always so good to have the opportunity to wake up to the sound of the Russ Cassell show on Greenville's WORD-AM. This morning Russ was really going strong on the above subjects. "The Republican Party hates Constitutionalists," he declared. "The Republican Party hates conservatives -- and that's why they want nothing to do with you Ron Paul people out there. They consider you a huge annoyance!"

Now for a little good news:

Economic freedom index has dire news for us

Indexes of economic freedom are interesting things. The Heritage Foundation's is perhaps the main one everybody's heard about -- but typically for neocons, it considers money and finance as things in themselves while other considerations languish.

Study: U.S. Economic Freedom Drops for Fourth Year

It is great that they have the honesty to report the bleak state of American economics....but are they ready to admit that it kind of disqualifies us as world dictator?

If we run our own country so abysmally, maybe we're not in a good position to push other nations around.

Just a thought.

US Debt Clock = talking numbers

You've seen the real, three-dimensional debt clock, perhaps, at least in pictures. Here's a two-dimensional one that gives the situation in living color:

http://www.usdebtclock.org/index.html

The hugest number I can seem to find on it is for "Currency and credit derivatives" -- at this moment about $760.5 trillion bucks. It's advancing about $2.5 million per second. How long till we're talking quadrillions?

Note (far right on the chart) that the US population is now estimated at 312 million plus a whole lot of change! That should alarm us as much as any dollar figure, because the more people, the more crowding, smog, traffic jams, welfare, urban blight et al. It wasn't always thus, but it is now.

Wasn't it just a few years ago they announced the birth (or arrival) of the 300 millionth ameriKan? From this chart

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Population

.......it appears it was back around 2005. Note (especially if you're under 40 years old) that even liberal Wikipedia admits the US population is expected to pas FOUR HUNDRED MILLION by the half-century mark. Years aren't as short as they used to be, and to any young readers out there the 38 years between now and then will seem in retrospect like 38 months. You who likely will be there then, ponder well the ramifications.

At the bottom edge of the chart is a link on "Gold supply/demand". Mysteriously, the US shows a gold demand of 7.2 million ounces, but that is barely twice tiny Vietnam's figure of 3.6 mil.

Stray note on the 3-D debt clock in Manhattan:

The clock was temporarily switched off from 2000 to 2002 due to the debt actually falling during that period.

Here are exciting if raw and anonymous assertions via a PN egroup:

Judge rejects GOP candidates’ request to be added to Virginia ballot [49 Delegates up for grabs]

A federal judge has ruled that Rick Perry and three other Republican presidential candidates will not be added to Virginia’s primary ballot.

District Court Judge John Gibney Jr. rejected their requests, arguing that they filed their challenges to Virginia’s stringent ballot requirements too late.

“They played the game, they lost, and then they complained about the rules,” he said.

The decision means — for now, anyway — that Perry, Rick Santorum, Jon Huntsman and Newt Gingrich will be left off the March 6 ballot after failing to meet a state requirement to collect 10,000 signatures in support of their respective campaigns.

"They played the game, they lost, and then they complained about the rules," he said.

The judge said the campaigns had from July to mid-December to obtain the signatures, and could have challenged the requirement during that period. "The plaintiffs knew the rules months ago," he said.

Gibney said that if the challenge had been filed earlier, he would have ordered the signature requirement be thrown out.

After the hearing, Perry campaign attorney Joe Nixon said he will need to talk to his client to determine whether to appeal.

Asked about the accusation that the candidates complained only after they lost, Nixon said: "The ultimate rule is the Constitution of the United States."

In a separate statement, Nixon said: "We are disappointed with this result that disenfranchises Virginia voters. The judge confirmed that the statute is unconstitutional, but did not remedy that situation. I commend Gov. Perry for his courage and tenacity in pursuing this case, and seeking to protect the rights of Virginia voters."

The candidates have argued that the rules were too strict. Only Mitt Romney and Ron Paul qualified for Virginia's ballot.

Wow. That is just,,,,,AWESOME!!! I mean, Romney and Paul managed to get on yet the rest couldn’t find the time. What does that say about your competence if you can’t get on the ballot in your own home state, Newt? The rest of you?

There's a freakishly gross pattern in most conservative dialectics: even many of our good commentators and comrades-in-arms show themselves incapable of asserting any strong moral position without invoking slavery in the old South or the "civil rights movement". Whether the right to life, the fight against gambling or any other great gauntlet being thrown down, there is virtually always a comparison to the above "struggles" as the commies behind them call them. It's as if either the speaker is afraid people won't take his cause seriously or won't consider him fully human or something without these nods to hothouse PC dogma.

Of course, liberals equate conservatism with "racism", so maybe these are simply grandiose declarations in so many words that "I'M NOT RACIST EVEN THOUGH THAT'S WHAT THE THOUGHT POLICE ARE READY TO CALL ME IF I DON'T THROW THIS IN". Worst of all, I fear that lots of people actually believe the monstrous lie that the "civil war" and "civil rights" were in fact the topmost pinnacles of moral achievement in all human history. The System is forcing this cultism on other countries too now!

I have this same conversation with the smartest people I know. It came up again today as I had lunch with a regular at PN meetings. I swear I didn't bring it up -- he did, in reference to the blovations and posturings of Newt or some other insufferable neocon jerk. Yeah, yeah, we have to vote for New or Rock or Mitt because they're the true heirs NOT to the moral progress chronicled in the Bible, not to the liberating strictures of the Constitution, but to the fact that Yankee lawyers came South 50 years ago to shred the Bill of Rights in the name of what the call "equality".

And now, checking email in my heatless home office this evening, my blood is put on boil that the same pattern recurring in the high places of liberaldom (above news link).

At the same time I'm glad that liberals show their true colors at times like this -- red for communism, pink for pinko, yellow for intellectual cowardice, and red again for all the people they kill in fulfilling their loving, altruistic delusions. I just hope the masses are getting the real message -- this fake show of concern for equality and the forced apotheosis of it have been systematically used to eclipse all the true heroism of the ages. It's all that the Insiders and their useless idiot frontpersons know!

I would feel sorry for them, but they're eating my country out from under me.

What a weekend -- and it's only begun!

Saturday there are two Sheriff Richard Mack events in SC, plus a Ron Paul rally in Greenville (Falls Park amphitheater downtown at 4, plus one somewhere else nearby?). In Myrtle Beach, a week of Tea Party and SC GOP activity begins.

These are events our people should be working avidly. Which will you be attending? The more people turn out for these heroes' appearances, the more synergy there will be in terms of Presidential progress, Constitutional awareness and too many other valuable things to mention.

Speaking of Congressman Paul, here's an unusual article on our hero. I had one that said that even Democrats were lining up to vote for him, but things fly by and disappear even when I stash them in exactly the right plac...:

Sheriff Mack's latest book covers decades of research to prove once and for all that the sheriff in each county is indeed the ultimate law authority in their jurisdiction. The sheriff absolutely has the power and responsibility to defend his citizens against all enemies, including those from our own Federal Government.

History, case law, and common law all show clear evidence and common sense that the sheriff is the

people's protector in all issues of injustice and is responsible for keeping the peace in all matters. He is the

last line of defense for his constituents; he is America's last hope to regain our forgotten freedom. This

short but powerful book is a must read for all citizens, sheriffs, and government officials that we may all

work to return America to the constitutional republic she was meant to be.

As amazing as it might sound, the sheriff can make this happen!

What every citizen should know. What every officer should believe.

"To serve and protect", this time-honored mission statement of American law enforcement is steadily

giving way in police departments all across the nation to an ethos of intimidation, military-style siege,

and disdain for citizens' rights.

Richard Mack - the man who, as sheriff of a rural Arizona county, fought the Brady Bill gun-control law

all the way to the Supreme Court and won! Mack gives us an insider's glimpse into the pervasive forces

that are relentlessly driving America towards a police state.

In almost confessional style, he recounts how he came to realize, while working as a beat cop, how

wrong the all-too-common orientation of police officers is when they think of their job as being "to write

tickets and arrest people." Richard Mack tells of his personal transformation from performing "by-the-

numbers" to becoming a Constitution-conscious defender of citizens' rights.

This book is a wake-up call for all law-enforcement officers. It is a must-read for every man and

woman wearing a badge. If you have a friend or relative in law enforcement, make sure you get a copy

into their hands. You'll be shocked to learn just how far American law enforcement has strayed from

its mission. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002NWUEBS?ie=UTF8&seller=A1AVPSERX4QF0E&sn=jperna12

WHAT IS INTERPOSITION?

The Most Important & Proper Role of the Free People.

The early settlers and founders recognized this Biblical doctrine.

The County Sheriff has both authority and duty to interpose and thereby defend the people of the county from Federal dictates. It is not the authority, nor duty of the sheriff to assist the federal government in imposing unjust actions on

the people but to interpose in defense our peace.

It is the JUROR who has all authority & obligation to NULLIFY wrongful law.

Under the Constitution, the President holds the weakest office outside of the declaration of war by Congress.

Then, and only under Congressional declaration of war, does the president become commander in chief of the military.

Sheriff Richard Mack, is the sheriff who sued the Clinton Administration over the Brady Bill and won, preserving

our fire arms freedoms in the face of the Brady Bill and since then has been teaching on the sheriff, the county's

last hope.

21st Century Slavery to the IRS

Many were present last Saturday for a superb teach-in on the Constitution by KrisAnne Hall. Her passion and conviction were admirable. I signed her pad for further information and this is among the first briefings I've received.

/\/.\/\/.

21st Century Slavery to the IRS

prominent presidential candidate said, in a recent speech, that the American tax system is "21st Century slavery...the IRS has become the overseer of the American people." Many called this statement outrageous and absurd. Is this an outrageous statement or and accurate statement?

Find out by reading 21st Century Slavery and learn what the founders thought.

Think calling tax hikes, revenue increases is something new? Think again.

Think taxing our land is a good idea? Our founders didn't think so. See just how relevant our history is today. 21st Century Slavery equips you with more ammunition to fight against the liberal LIE that the Constitution is a "Living Breathing Document" and proves that we don't have to reinvent the wheel. Get armed to cast off, as Patrick Henry said, THE BONDS AND CHAINS OF SLAVERY!

Get armed to cast off, as Patrick Henry said, THE BONDS AND CHAINS OF SLAVERY!

Barak Obama's answer to our economic woes is - RAISE TAXES!

Barak Obama's answer for our alleged health care problems is - RAISE TAXES!

Barak Obama's answer for our broken Education system is - RAISE TAXES!

The truth is it's not about "raising revenue" there are proven ways to do that and the answer is not RAISE TAXES! The TRUTH is - it's about CONTROL.

Yet a portion of Americans, our neighbors, just accept our tax system as something that's normal and natural. We need a complete paradigm shift in this nation. We need to wake people up to the reality of our modern tax system. One of the greatest problems in the national psyche today is that we have no frame of reference to fight the current battles. Our history has been stolen!

If you want to have a rock solid argument to prove that the Constitution is not a Living Breathing document, then invite KrisAnne Hall to speak to your group.

Former State Attorney fired for teaching the Constitution to TEA Parties; KrisAnne now travels the country teaching the Constitution and its 700-year historical foundation.

Light rain today but an avalanche too

You would not believe the great material I'm buried under re the Pezidential election. Every day I vow to organize it here, and every night it's another resolution in the dust! Here are a few bulletins off the top of the pile:

SEC Calls for Investigation into Allegations of Voter Fraud

Columbia, SC (January 11, 2012) – State Election Commission Chairman John Hudgens and Executive Director Marci Andino today issued the following joint statement regarding the S.C. Department of Motor Vehicles claim that more than 900 votes were cast in the name of deceased voters:

“At the core of the State Election Commission’s mission is ensuring every eligible citizen has the opportunity to participate in fair and impartial elections and have the assurance that their vote will count,” Andino said. “Recent claims that more than 900 votes were cast in the name of dead people are very concerning. These claims, if true, would mean the integrity of the election process has been compromised by illegal activity. It would mean every person’s legal vote has been diluted by illegal ones. Such a reality would strike a blow to the public’s confidence in the election process in S.C.”

Andino continued, “In light of the gravity of this claim, the State Election Commission joins the call for an investigation by the S.C. Law Enforcement Division, or other proper law enforcement agency, to get to the bottom of the claim. The State Election Commission stands ready to assist law enforcement in any investigation.”

Think of that! What is this, Chicago -- "vote early and often"? I've seen from the beginning that Ron Paul's chances were great this quadrennium but that system goons would pull every dirty trick in the book before letting him anywhere near the presidency. There are some outstanding links on this aspect of the fight at ANUNEWS.NET.

Did you hear this one?

OUTRAGEOUS: Video Shows NH poll workers handing out ballots in dead peoples’ names.

MANCHESTER, N.H. — Video footage provided exclusively to The Daily Caller shows election workers in New Hampshire giving out ballots in the names of dead voters at multiple voting precincts during the state’s primary election on Tuesday.

The bombshell video is the work of conservative filmmaker James O’Keefe and his organization, Project Veritas.

Voters in the Granite State are not required to present identification to vote. O’Keefe’s investigators were able to obtain ballots under the names of dead voters at polling locations Tuesday by simply asking for them, he said.

“Live free or die,” an election worker told one of the investigators in the video. “This is New Hampshire. No ID needed.”

I don't have a TV so I've never heard of this little skull-faced imp. Have you? Evidently she's unaware she's blabbing her hate over a banner proclaiming that Ron Paul has no intentions of a third-party run:

USA Today: "Prisoners may be preparing your tax return"

Apologies for the long hiatus and more frequent gaps. My other life, music, has been taking up lots of time. Here are a few gems that have added up, with my spin:

Yes, it's another massive leak of people's personal information in progress! '“Our report shows that the problem of misuse of the tax system by prison inmates continues,” said J. Russell George, who heads the inspector general’s office'...

The KEY Ron Paul story of the past 24 hours -- in case you missed it

This article was sent out via all PN egroups. Perhaps some of you were too busy to read it there or aren't yet signed up for them. All thinking persons need to be -- but meanwhile, the news about the Iowa caucus was probably better than the System wanted to let on:

ameriKa's war mania from yet another devastating perspective

To be specific, via an examination of the endgame in Iraq, the full story on how stupid and vain our vaunted world ambitions really are.

The following article is brilliant, honest, and fatal to any conceits we may retain on that subject. The numbers cited in it alone are a crushing blow to the whole notion that ameriKa has "the right stuff" to run around reinventing other countries and heisting their valuables.

It hurts bad to see anew the full extent of our insanity -- and that's good:

Lessons from Lost Wars in 2012

This article links to another containing riches on parallels between present quagmires and Vietnam:

http://www.tomdispatch.com/post/175114/nick_turse_what_the_u.s._military_can%27t_do
Tomgram: Nick Turse, What the U.S. Military Can't Do

'At the moment, Obama and his fellow Washington power-players are reportedly immersed in the literature of the Vietnam War in an attempt to use history as a divining rod for discovering a path forward in Afghanistan. At the Pentagon, many evidently still cling to the notion that the conflict was lost thanks to the weakness of public support in the U.S., pessimistic reporting by the media, and politicians without backbones.

'Obama would do well to ignore their revisionist reading list for a simple reason: bluntly put, the U.S.-funded French military effort to defeat Vietnamese nationalism in the early 1950s failed dismally; then, a U.S.-funded effort to set up and arm a viable government in South Vietnam failed dismally; and finally, the U.S. military's full-scale, years' long effort to destroy the Vietnamese forces arrayed against it failed even more dismally -- and not in the cities and towns of the United States, nor even in the halls of power in Washington, but in the hamlets of South Vietnam. U.S. efforts in neighboring Cambodia and Laos similarly crashed and burned.

'Victory aside, the U.S. military proved capable during the Vietnam War of accomplishing much. Its true achievement lay in the merciless pummeling it gave the people of Southeast Asia, leaving the region blood-soaked, heavily cratered, significantly poisoned, and littered with explosives, which kill and maim villagers to this day.

'In the wake of out-and-out defeat in Indochina, Americans diagnosed themselves as suffering from a "Vietnam Syndrome" (resulting in a less muscular foreign policy -- embarrassing for a global superpower) and in need of a victory cure. In the 1980s and 1990s, this led to "triumphs" over such powers as the tiny Caribbean island of Grenada and Panama, a country whose "defense forces," in total, numbered just 12,000 (about half the size of the U.S. ground troops in the invading force) -- and cut-and-run flops in Lebanon and Somalia.

'The "lessons" of Vietnam were declared officially buried forever in the scorching deserts of the Middle East in March 1991. "By God, we've kicked the Vietnam syndrome once and for all!" President George H.W. Bush triumphantly exclaimed at the end of the First Gulf War -- and yet Saddam Hussein, the enemy autocrat, remained firmly ensconced in power in Baghdad and the conflict continued at a less than triumphant simmer for over a decade until his son, George W. Bush, again took the country to war against the same Iraqi leader his father had fought and again declared the mission accomplished.'

END QUOTE..... /\/.\/\/.
