The "voluntary" factor twisted beyond all belief.... and recognition
MSNBC analyst believes submitting to theft at gunpoint is 'voluntary'

What an insane, crazy jerk! But don't laugh -- Steele is articulating the foolosophy of tyranny, where (cf. Lewis Carroll's Queen of Hearts) words mean whatever politicians want them to mean -- at a given moment -- and (cf. Orwell) it becomes the warped, twisted DNA of the new Bizarro way of life.

To sane people not in the hire of said order and any dictionary worthy of the name, voluntary will always mean voluntary and mandatory will always mean mandatory. Where did this elegant fool go to college? I'd just love to know exactly where people like him come by the statist dementia. Do they give budding politicians a course in the deep concerns of sane people and what berserk twaddle to shoot them down with?

The interviewer, Jan Helfeld, gets an A+ for concept but a B- for execution. Once you realize you're talking to a madman you don't give him 10 chances to spew the same gibberish!

It is very refreshing to see the voluntary issue aired anew, though -- isn't it?

Upstate Tax Preparer Arrested

A self-employed Anderson County man has been charged with tax preparation fraud.

Christopher Tyrone Lee, 45, has been charged with 12 counts of preparing fraudulent income tax returns, four counts of tax evasion and one count of obtaining properties by false pretenses.

The state department of revenue accuses Lee of preparing tax returns for his clients that included $123,000 in false deductions for employee business and medical expenses, charitable contributions and fake business losses.

Lee faces up to five years in prison for each of the felony tax charges if he is convicted, in addition to up to $47,000 in fines.

To think that this guy was based in Anderson and could have learned directly from us how to do everything lawfully, "decently and in order"... well, life is full of ironies, isn't it. Maybe that was never his intention. My main point here is that valid help for the oppressed is readily available, but because of the perversion of news delivery in ameriKa today, few ever know about it. The vainstream media don't consider it a sexy topic, so for most ameriKans, it simply doesn't exist. But aren't the talking heads great at putting the April 15 scare on the public? No conspiracy or whoring going on there, huh.

The below was sent to me by B., one of the original “SC Sound Money Committee” leaders. To think that the bankers would roll over and allow serious (such as the Sen. Thomas & Rep. Pitts bills are) sound money proposals to progress without attempts at infiltrating the movement is a dangerous proposition. BEWARE of those that try “bait and switch” ideas to something that “sounds golden,” but ends up in more of the same realm of funny money, or who speak in error about what H-4128 would actually do.

I have attached a PDF that explains the legislative process in SC in simple terms, and particularly what is coming with respect to the Pitts bill. A HEARING IS SCHEDULED THIS WEEK! Again I must apologize for a long lapse. The Burning of Columbia event last week stole my political time and wit, but that's no excuse.

For anybody who missed it, here's a truly remarkable news show:

#1, Rachel Madcow is covering a substantive issue without spewing hatred on it (well, that's what normally happens in the vainstream media). #2, the subject is how amazingly careless and doltish the System presidential candidates have been in racing after the nomination, apparently making it (#3) a breeze for our hero Ron Paul to gather delegates like nobody's business. Maybe this will be a tortoise-and-hare affair, even with the prime time coverage!

How can such a filthy page be so delicious?

We swim in a sea of political mud and garbage with the System constantly asserting that it's ice cream. On those rare occasions when somebody takes a Systemite and exposes him for what he really is, it means rattling of a list of the garbage in question -- but because total honesty is the exact ticket out of the whirlpool, it is most welcome.

Mitt Romney is one of the most fulsome garbageastes, and one Tricia Erickson ( has been dissecting his phony baloney for many weeks online. She mostly attacks his religious background, but there enough dirt in his political record for anybody to begin finding him emetic.

We do not take a stand on Mitt's religion and imply no criticism of it in posting this material. It seems interesting that the lovely Miss Erickson is former adherent of it.

The most important decision American’s still have the liberty to make is to place a candidate in the Office Of The Presidency in 2012, through our precious vote. Mitt Romney is our Founding Father of Gay Marriage in America. The Massachusetts Log Cabin Republicans worked very hard to elect Romney, as they were counting on him to pass gay marriage under his governorship. Romney illegally, unconstitutionally and unilaterally instituted gay marriage by falsely claiming the court ordered him to do so ( The devastating effect on our families, our military and our country may never be repaired.

As a further result, Catholic adoption centers were forced to close, rather than to place an innocent child in to a gay home for parentage:

Romney also increased funding for gay education beginning in kindergarten. Our innocent children were forced to be subjected to a form of mental child abuse, as their little minds were introduced to adult themes they should never have been subjected to:

Romney supported the passage at the state level of the Employment Non-Discrimination Act which would force churches and other religious organizations to hire homosexuals and transvestites or face criminal fines and prosecution.

Mitt Romney is also the Founding Father of RomneyCare (the precursor to Obamacare), which destroyed that Massachusetts economy:

As a part of Romney’s government healthcare program, he signed in to law a $50.00 tax payer subsidy for voluntary abortions, including late term abortions, as a part of a “healthcare benefit” after his “pro-life conversion”. Thus, if you live in the state of Massachusetts, and you view abortion as the taking of a human life, your tax dollars are paying for the killing of innocent babies. No wonder Massachusetts, under Mitt’s governorship, ranked in the top three for highest population loss in a state.

Mitt Romney’s politically expedient actions have done more to hurt the American People on so many levels than most, if not all, of the former Presidents of the United States, combined.

The plain truth is that Mitt Romney and Barack Obama have more in common than not. If Mitt Romney becomes the nominee, we may as well just flip a coin because Mitt Romney is no better than Barack Obama. Lord help us all!

Is it true that GOP will do anything to keep Ron from winning?

With Ron Paul only 194 votes behind Romney, the GOP decides not to count his strongest Maine County [ Washington] , because of a dusting of snow?

Okay we all knew when Washington County, Maine, was canceled, things were starting to get fishy yet again.

“Ron Paul will still win the most delegates out of Maine.

“In fact, he will probably even win the ‘beauty contest’ straw poll the media has already called for Mitt Romney – even before all the votes have been tallied.

“In Washington County – where Ron Paul was incredibly strong – the caucus was delayed until next week just so the votes wouldn’t be reported by the national media today.

“Of course, their excuse for the delay was ‘snow.’

“That’s right. A prediction of 3-4 inches – that turned into nothing more than a dusting was enough for a local GOP official to postpone the caucuses just so the results wouldn’t be reported tonight.

“This is MAINE we’re talking about. The GIRL SCOUTS had an event today in Washington County that wasn’t cancelled!

“And just the votes of Washington County would have been enough to put us over the top.

“This is an outrage. But our campaign is in this race to win, and will stay in it to the very end.


In particular, a senior Paul aide had suggested that the Romney campaign was involved in the cancellation of Washington County’s caucuses, a small county where Paul’s campaign had expected to do well. “It’s not completely insidious, but they knew we were going to swamp it up there,” said Paul campaign chairman Jesse Benton.
The state GOP said that the caucuses were cancelled due to inclement weather.

The state GOP has already gone on record that they don't intend to count those votes, nor the absentee ballots either. How do we win if they refuse to count the votes? I understand we will get the delegates, but if they don't count the votes from the remaining caucuses then RP is not going to win the straw poll even if those votes are there.

It's great to see our people chronicling so minutely a wicked situation. What will really make a difference is for Ron Paul himself to raise a ruckus, stop the presses, demand a recount or maybe grand jury indictments. Alas, he didn't do it four years ago, and curiously, it was in New England that it occurred during that campaign as well.

Church Protests Traffic Tickets

Prophet Bishop H. Walker will lead a protest against traffic laws and the way they are enforced with a rally in downtown Spartanburg.
Walker, head of the True Light Pentecost Church, said members of his congregation feel victimized by traffic tickets.
Walker said laws that require seat belt use or which require children to be secured in safety seats are unfair government intrusion. He said the laws only exist to boost government revenue at the expense of constitutional rights.
"We are not going to take it anymore," said Walker.
The protest is planned for 5 p.m. at the corner of Main and Church Streets in Spartanburg. A church member said they planned to have "at least 50" people protesting.

Two post in one on System trickery with words and numbers

Words are too important for words to describe. In the right diabolically clever hands, they can become the most powerful weapons -- and it is indeed through word manipulation that free peoples are being willingly put in change wholesale the world over. The System doesn't have to send police door-to-door to get the masses to toe the communist party line in ameriKa -- their word tricks have enabled Insiders to write the public mind like a computer program!

Weapons of mass destruction -- once a cause for killing astronomical numbers of innocent people, Bush lied, people died.

Pay your fair share -- submission to a purely communist form and level of income taxation becomes your patriotic duty, and resistance is universally held to be not only futile but evil!

Democracy -- simply because of endless repetition of the word by politicians and schoolteachers, ameriKans vainly imagine they actually do have representative government. For centuries!

Republican Party -- sounds like it favors republican forms of government, but actually works to crush them all day every day, here and abroad.

Democrat Party -- despite the name, it's one of the bitterest and most destructive enemies the best democratic priniciples ever had.

Natural flavoring -- food manufacturers now have legal clearance to apply this term to MSG and other EXCITOTOXINS in packaging your food!

War against terror -- in the first place, you can't have a war against an emotion. In the second, this is the biggest terror operation in history.

Welfare -- a "program" created for the express purpose of paying certain people to bred as many dependent, soulless, drug-addicted criminals as humanly possible.

Social Security -- the tool with which politicians buy older voters and pauperize younger ones.

Mind you, if you're reading this and collecting government relief, it's likely because you know of the fraud and have decided that if government is going to keep throwing billions of dollars in the trash, you might as well pull some out along with the leeches -- especially since government has vampirized you all your working life long.

Words matter. Word studies matter. We're going to continue doing lots of them. This morning one Kevin Carson is cleaving light from darkness on some of the same ground I've recently been covering in Charlotte PN meetings:
“American Exceptionalism;” or, It’s Not State Capitalism When America Does It

Auburn University philosophy professor Roderick Long coined the term “conflationism” for the tendency to confuse the free market — whether in accusatory or apologetic polemics — with actually existing capitalism. Left-conflationism is the practice of attacking the evils of actually existing corporate capitalism as if they were the result of “laissez-faire” or the “free market.” Right-conflationism is the mirror-image defense of the status quo, as if “the imagined virtues of the imaginary freed market constitute a justification for the reality of existing corporatist capitalism” — that is, cloaking the defense of corporatism in “free market rhetoric.”

The January 21 issue of The Economist, which is dedicated to the theme of “State Capitalism,” is a stellar example of right-conflationism. The writers equate “State Capitalism” to some degree of state ownership and/or control of business firms competing in the marketplace, or to what used to be called “industrial policy” (i.e. government directing investment funds to those it regards as economic “winners”).

State Capitalism includes the Chinese model, in which the state organizes the Chinese equivalent of vertically integrated zaibatsu and reserves a major share of seats in senior management for government officials; Russian-style kleptocratic or oligarchical capitalism; and the petrostate State Capitalism in which the state directs petrodollars into state-favored development projects.

Such forms of “state-directed capitalism,” of course, are contrasted with the wholesome Anglo-American model of “liberal capitalism.” You know — what Mitt Romney calls “Our Free Enterprise System.” The ’80s and ’90s, it seems, were an era of “free market triumphalism” under the Great Helmsmen Thatcher and Reagan.

Well, not quite. So-called “liberal capitalism” has its own “reserved chairs,” it seems.....

Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul won the Arizona Republican Party straw poll Saturday, according to the official straw poll website of the Arizona Republican Party. Although the Arizona Republican presidential primary is not scheduled to take place until February 28th.

Tennessee has seemed to slanting toward Santorum lately. I think mainly because Santorum tries to come across as "Mr. Morals" in the debates ...remember, we're in the 'Bible Belt' here.

However, thankfully conservatives are starting to do the homework and look at voting record and military support of Ron Paul to see he is really the 'true conservative'

WHAT IS THIS, the buddy system -- I'll lie about you during the campaign so you can influence the fedgov to give me tax breaks etc. etc. once elected?

Romney Backed by Goldman Sachs, Bailout Banks

The top donor to former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney's presidential campaign, investment banking and securities firm Goldman Sachs, received over $10 billion in emergency lending and bailouts from the Federal Reserve after the 2008 financial meltdown, according to public sources and published reports.

Goldman backed Obama for election in 2008, and the firm, like many Wall Street institutions, is now backing Mitt Romney for president.

Romney has long had a close relationship with Goldman Sachs. In 1999 Romney purchased initial IPO shares in Goldman that netted him $1.1 million in profits when he sold them in 2010. And The New York Times recently reported that "many of the assets in Romney's blind trust" are managed by Goldman.

Today, Goldman is Romney's largest donor. And nine of Romney's top 20 campaign contributors are big Wall Street Banks like Goldman. But Goldman leads all Romney contributors, having donated $357,200 to his campaign, according to the Center for Responsive Politics. And six of those nine top contributors received over $161 billion in taxpayer bailouts, reports ProPublica, the independent, Pulitzer Prize-winning investigative organization.

Goldman doesn't contribute directly to candidates like Romney, but does so through its employees.

Romney's ties to Goldman have already become a campaign issue. During Thursday's CNN debate, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich stated that Romney profited from millions he invested in a Goldman Sachs fund that relied heavily on investments in the mortgage-backed securities linked to the 2008 implosion on Wall Street. Romney said he personally didn't direct the investment, which he said was made through his trust.

Still, Romney's close ties with Goldman will continue to nag his campaign.

ProPublica says that the The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., received over $782 million in emergency lending from the Federal Reserve. On Jan. 17, the investigative site reported that the total of taxpayer bailouts received by Goldman tallied a whopping $10 billion.

The relationship between Goldman and Romney goes far beyond its patronage of his campaign. The firm has reportedly managed significant assets of Romney's in his blind trust.

Romney's relationship with Goldman dates back at least to 1999, when he purchased 7,000 shares of Goldman's initial public offering. The release of those shares was tightly held, and were largely unavailable to ordinary investors.

According to a May 1999 BusinessWeek story, "few of the public shareholders were folks who happened to be lucky enough to snare a few shares."

One potential political landmine for Romney: Personal financial disclosures from May 2011 indicating he and his family invested millions in a Goldman Sachs fund that invested heavily in mortgage-backed debt obligations.

There have been growing indications that Romney's ties to Wall Street would be subjected to intense scrutiny in a general election campaign especially the Goldman Sachs fund he invested in that benefited from the housing collapse.

Romney's disclosure forms show that he invested between $1 and $5 million in the fund, and his wife Ann invested another $1 million plus.

The report is based on Romney's May 2011 personal financial disclosures, which indicates significant investments in the "Goldman Sachs Strategic Income Fund (institutional class)." Approximately 24.5 percent of that fund is reportedly invested in mortgage-backed obligations.

Romney's profit taking through his Goldman fund investment remains a sensitive subject in Florida, one of the states hardest hit by the housing meltdown. Romney's Goldman fund invested in some of the biggest culprits in the housing meltdown, including Bear Stearns, Countrywide, IndyMac and Washington Mutual.

In October, Romney ran into trouble on the foreclosure issue, when suggested the remedy to the turmoil in the real estate market is "don't try and stop the foreclosure process. Let it run its course and hit the bottom.

On Tuesday, Romney stood before a foreclosed home and promised a small crowd of Floridians that he would encourage financial institutions to help homeowners. But he also partially defended banking institutions' role in the mortgage crisis.

"In this case, it's because of the banks," he said, according to a report. "Well, the banks aren't bad people. They're just overwhelmed."

By comparison, only one of the top 20 contributors to GOP rival Newt Gingrich's campaign is a bank: Wells Fargo donated $5,900 to the Gingrich campaign through Sept. 30.

Then-candidate Barack Obama received strong support from Wall Street in the 2008 cycle. But so far this cycle, the only financial institution listed among his top 20 donors is Goldman Sachs. It contributed $50,124 to his re-election campaign.

Analysts say Wall Street's lackluster financial support for the president's reelection campaign reflects the pinch they're feeling on profits due to the Dodd-Frank financial regulations reforms he has championed.
