Plain speaking in Ferguson to shock the putatively conventional-minded

Why.... I say WHY....

http://www.brasschecktv.com/videos/news-media-corruption-1/a-popular-chant-in-ferguson-.html
A popular chant in Ferguson

....would the mostly black protesters in that troubled city be cursing the media? The press is mostly in the business of stirring up trouble to keep themselves in business and help destroy the middle class. Ergo, if I were into foul language I'd happily join such a chant. But this short, deeply meaningful video is unprecedented.

Either the stupid and evil rioters think CNN's coverage is slanted against them (a typical "liberal" attitude toward the extremely "liberal" mass media -- nothing is ever enough) or the responsible black citizens in Ferguson are sick of the media making headline fodder and socio-political footballs out of their heads. Either way, surely a sign of changing times. I fear it's just the rioters griping, because those with enough intelligence and character to form the opposing faction wouldn't use the F-word; even so, if rioters and destroyers are this unhappy with CNN to this public extent, it's news.

Something else just in you'd never expect in a million years: a white chief of police speaking the plain unvarnished truth about race and crime to a bunch of already irate black TV news demogogues. WARNING -- the wording of this headline is, like the site it's in, bound to offend many!

http://www.dailystormer.com/milwaukee-police-chief-gets-angry-and-tells-the-truth-about-the-black-menace/

Like them or not, facts are facts and some ugly statistics are proven valid over decades. It does you, me, the blacks or anybody else any good to pretend things are other than what they are.

If we had more men like Chief of Police Edward Flynn in positions of responsibility, this country would be a radically different place. God bless him! I suggest we take a week off from thanking the military for their service and do the same for men like him, who are on the front lines of the never ending domestic war against America. Most people would never call this a war, but that is exactly what it is -- and getting to be more of every day.

Even a Kennedy sees it: the neocons, the brutality of AMERIKA

If you know anything about me, you realize I am NO fan of the Kennedys generally. My contempt for Teddy et al is so deep that I almost didn't give the Rev. D. James Kennedy a hearing way back when he entered the public arena!

http://www.brasschecktv.com/videos/defending-civil-liberties-1/they-are-destroying-the-constitution.html
"They are destroying the Constitution": Robert F. Kennedy Jr. speaks out

RFK2 is a different story, isn't he -- well, far more of the time than these others? Look how much unpopular reality and even major revisionist history he packs into just three minutes-plus.

Gee, do you suppose he would ever go so far as to defend the white race from those destroying it? Suddenly this from Breitbart, which has to be a Jewish-run site, and a writer we perhaps need to add to our collection:

MORICI: WHITES FACE A GOVERNMENT WORKING AGAINST THEIR INTERESTS AND THEIR CHILDREN'S

Spread the word. Spread it around your world! Don't just stop in here, dig the stuff and move on. I do this for one reason only -- to wake up the sheeple. Inactivists, please keep out.

Not all blacks worship Obama

We got on racial subjects at the third-Friday meeting, so this find seems most appropriate:

Even with the country's First Black (sic) President totally destroying everything in sight and America's Dad (black-power activist Bill Cosby) in sickening, total disgrace, a lot of white people are racially stuck in the sizzling 60s.

Now, this, THIS, is going too far in re-examining diversity paradigms:

Ray Hagins: The illegitimacy of a people called JEWS

It is certainly hurtful to see a member of the African-American community attacking members of the Jewish community after all the latter have done for them. Putting up numerous civil rights bills in Congress, helping great ministers like Jesse Jackson to rise to positions of immense respect and leadership, founding and establishing the NAACP, writing Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s speeches..... where is gratitude?

I ask you, where is gratitude?

Al Sharpton, pioneering tax evader

There are those who struggle to keep their whole paycheck (as they have every right to do) and normal financial privacy, and there are those who are such celebrities of "liberal" "values" that they can openly flout the rules. The famed shyster and Jesse Jackson clone, Al Sharpton, is in the latter class, including a "famous for being famous" factor while having no actual merits and indeed serving as a cancerous growth on humanity.

http://www.nytimes.com/2014/11/19/nyregion/questions-about-al-sharptons-finances-accompany-his-rise-in-influence.html?_r=1
As Sharpton Rose, So Did His Unpaid Taxes

But why is the Zoo York Times suddenly indicting him for it after all these years? As I wrote this, a strange thing happened: a classic picture of the shyster giving a sly grin to his fellow racemonger Barry Obama was replaced with one of more seeming dignity of Al at a microphone.

The irony is that Al's first big break was huckstering the supposed innocence of mammoth race crime fraudster Tawana Brawley. After more than 20 years going scot free for the crime of accusing a white man of raping her, he finally caught up with the witch and got himself some courtroom justice against her. Al, however, is a media-anointed "civil rights leader", and once you're wearing that halo, not much can be done to tarnish you.

The Nerve of these local tax hike mavens!!

Leave it to said site to properly decry local tax hike mania:

http://thenerve.org/news/2014/11/18/nix-column/?utm_source=The+Nerve&utm_campaign=911dbe9b21-Today_on_The_Nerve06_18_2013&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_b306b3032c-911dbe9b21-212311029&mc_cid=911dbe9b21&mc_eid=26d16cea64
The Double Taxation Tsunami

However, the writer (Debbie Nix) is a thought criminal -- look how she points out obvious facts that tax-maniac politicians really don't want people to think of:

November 4, 2014 heralded what I’m calling the Tsunami of School Board and County Sales Tax Increases by Ballot Measure on the taxpayers of South Carolina.
Most voters were unaware that they weren’t the only victims of a sales tax hike. In fact, there were 14 counties that voted on an increase of their sales tax for a plethora of reasons – some unbelievable. Two compelling concerns that tax payers should consider:
First, our roads and government buildings are core functions of government – they are priorities – and they should be covered by existing budgets. If they’re not being covered by existing budgets, it follows that other things are. What are they, and was any thought given to cutting them rather than double taxing citizens? And here’s another question: If your county needs a new court house, football stadium, baseball field, bike path, or police or fire station, are your officials going to pay for this through another tax increase in the future?....

I prefer to put it thus, and often do: If these bureaucrats can't do the job they're hired for first and do it within our means, THEY HAVE FAILED, are clearly UNQUALIFIED, and need to be replaced with people who CAN do it right the first time.

The same yardstick applies at any level. The fedgov claims we have to be at war for 100 years because of terri'sts who can't be tracked down and killed, and even if you nab them (or even their alleged leaders such as Gaddafi) you'll never win -- they keep replicating themselves faster than you can keep up. Fine, let's take them up on it: they're telling us that with an ocean on either side of us, a defense budget bigger than the rest of the world's put together, and friendly countries located above and below us, America can't survive without literally turning the non-Jewish Mideast (and then some) into a desert. And with that, THEY ARE ACTUALLY CONFESSING TO TOTAL INCOMPETENCE in the role of president, speaker, Congresscritter or whatever.

America is the country where people are supposed to enjoy a prosperous, happy life thousands of miles from the problems of the continents we left behind us centuries ago. You say "but the terr'ists came here and committed the 9/11 attacks!" NOPE, they didn't -- it was clearly and indisputably an inside job from the word go. But granting your premise that 9/11 is what it appeared to be in Peter Jennings' obviously rigged live newscast, THE PRESIDENT, CONGRESS, MILITARY AND SURVEILLANCE APPARATUS totally "failed" in their BASIC duties of protecting us from JUST SUCH DANGERS that day. Duh!

As above, so below. If my county council or yours (wherever you live) can't budget for proper infrastructure maintenance and carry it out, THEY'RE CHUMPS OR CHARLATANS and fit only for the pink slip treatment. Any song and dance they give you that you need to pay more than agreed is an admission of failure, or fraud, or it's war propaganda.

AHH, just came across this! Don't miss the last sentence. Truth-bombs like this are studded through cyberspace:

US forces under the command of General James T. Conway of the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force were criticized for building the military base "Camp Alpha", comprising among other facilities a helipad, on ancient Babylonian ruins following the 2003 invasion of Iraq.

US forces have occupied the site for some time and have caused irreparable damage to the archaeological record. In a report of the British Museum's Near East department, Dr. John Curtis describes how parts of the archaeological site were levelled to create a landing area for helicopters, and parking lots for heavy vehicles. Curtis wrote that the occupation forces

"caused substantial damage to the Ishtar Gate, one of the most famous monuments from antiquity [...] US military vehicles crushed 2,600-year-old brick pavements, archaeological fragments were scattered across the site, more than 12 trenches were driven into ancient deposits and military earth-moving projects contaminated the site for future generations of scientists [...] Add to all that the damage caused to nine of the moulded brick figures of dragons in the Ishtar Gate by soldiers trying to remove the bricks from the wall."[51]
A US Military spokesman claimed that engineering operations were discussed with the "head of the Babylon museum".[52]
The head of the Iraqi State Board for Heritage and Antiquities, Donny George, said that the "mess will take decades to sort out".[53] In April 2006, Colonel John Coleman, former Chief of Staff for the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force, offered to issue an apology for the damage done by military personnel under his command. However he claimed that the US presence had deterred far greater damage from other looters.

Newsmax poll highlights neocon curse on ameriKa

BrasscheckTV.com is one of the brilliant and visionary websites offering free daily subscriptions. The free part means there's advertising. One promo in today's mailer ("What happened to Iraq's missing billions?") is an invitation to take part in a quick poll on 2016 presidential candidates. The tiny "newsmax.com" tag in one corner gave a clue it wasn't going to be entirely real-world.

Newsmax, you see, is one of those vaguely right-leaning sites (also or formerly a magazine) that we've all been aware of and moved on from as it is clearly there to keep conservatives weak and stupid. Could this poll be a tiny bit real, I asked myself. I'd love to vote against  Mitt Wrongney in it, but was there any chance it could have an actual human being in the roster to click for instead?

No:

http://www.newsmax.com/surveys/2016GOP/GOP-s-2016-Nominee/id/113/kw/default/?dkt_nbr=41z4cnch

Living in a country dominated by this kind of thinklessness is hard. What's easy is looking down this roster of Repubs and knowing you don't have to research any to see whether they are, in fact, human. Our governor in SC is no beauty prize even though (or partly because) the liberal media almost expired for pure joy that SOUTH CAROLINA was now going to have a nonwhite chieftain. The others are either positively or virtually assured poison. Christie, Rubio, Bush, Huckabee and other "household names" on the list -- demons from hell who, like Mitthead, will only continue the communist Clinton-Bush-Obama legacy with half the population thinking he or she is hard-right.

Bobby Jindal is another Nikki Haley -- famous for being nonwhite, er, I mean famous. Has no political shadow, like a vampire. Jan Brewer is fool's gold. Yes, she signed one bill cracking down on illegals, but has it been carried out at all? OK, biting the bait and checking her in Wikipedia, what do you know -- she loves tax hikes and actually believes in them for curing deficits! Well, she acts as if she does -- since getting elected AZ secretary of state, which led directly to her making gov.

Who's this John Kasich? Never heard of him. That is normally (or should one say UNFAILINGLY) an indication that he's a zero or worse. Wikipedia: "In 1994, Kasich was one of the Republican leaders to support a last-minute deal with President Bill Clinton to pass the Federal Assault Weapons Ban. After a series of meetings with Clinton's Chief of Staff, Leon Panetta, who was also a long-time friend of Kasich, the assault weapons ban was passed when 42 Republicans crossed party lines and voted with the Democrats to ban assault weapons.[28] Kasich's support of the assault-weapons ban angered the National Rifle Association, which gave Kasich an "F" rating during the 1990s as a result."

Please tell me none of you are falling for this Republican brand. It's a fraud. Who to vote for then, you say? Nobody. Start raising hell at these people for being such criminals, that would be a better investment of your time, even though it actually mean people DOING something and not just flicking levers in a voting booth (the way it's done in yankee land where I grew up).

Voting, you see, is as subverted as the GOP anyway. Yep, things are that bad.

The poll doesn't.... SURPRISE.... have a "none of the above" choice, so to HELL with Newsmax.

Asking the un-askable re SS

Kind of hard to imagine that either this writer or the Money editors don't know the answer?

http://money.cnn.com/2014/11/11/technology/security/social-security-number-hack/index.html
Why are we still using Social Security numbers to identify ourselves?

Answer: because the Powers That Be place an extremely high priority on keeping the populace on the government plantation. No tags on the livestock makes 10 times the work!

And to drop this quaint practice would give the sheeple the idea that they're entitled to a measure of privacy and independence. That, to the powercrats, is the real unforgivable sin!

ObamaCare Architect: ‘Stupidity’ Of American Voters Helped Bill Pass

You don’t protect my freedom: Our childish insistence on calling soldiers heroes deadens real democracy
It's been 70 years since we fought a war about freedom. Forced troop worship and compulsory patriotism must end

The question is, is the guy in the first link (Jonathan Gruber, hmm...) braggingh or tsk-tsking?

Yeah, the second one's from a gliberal site and there are things in it I don't agree with. But its overall point is indisputable........ WOW, this great IRS exposé just in! In how many ways does US law outdo other countries' for sheer viciousness, tyranny and greed?

http://www.nestmann.com/will-the-irs-keep-its-latest-promise?inf_contact_key=935218c79fccb7b5bbcaf619fd535eb6c3182f88799f1ad84ea80a66bf14561f#.VGInEfnF8j4

Indulge yourself for a moment and imagine you're back in 1986. You’re listening to “Addicted to Love” by Robert Palmer on the radio and on your way to the movie theater to watch Aliens, starring Sigourney Weaver. In Washington, DC, the “War on Drugs” is alive and well, and President Ronald Reagan is championing a new anti-money laundering bill he says will help win it.
A small piece of this 1986 law contains a little-known section reminiscent of another 1980s-era icon, the Smurf. These blue, elf-like creatures, only a few inches tall, starred in their own Saturday morning cartoon show. The tiny Smurfs were helpless individually, but if they banded together, they could defeat the evil wizard Gargamel, who regularly threatened their village in the forest.
At the same time, drug dealers (and anyone else dealing in large quantities of cash) were using a rather obvious method to avoid government surveillance. Since 1970, federal law had required that cash transactions over $5,000 (later increased to $10,000) be reported to the IRS. Those dealing in cash quickly realized that if they kept the deposits below $10,000, banks didn’t need to file the form. But if you have millions of dollars in cash that you need to recycle through the banking system, you need a lot of people, each making transactions under $10,000.
All these cash couriers fanning out to make their $9,500 deposits reminded Gregory Baldwin, a federal prosecutor in Miami, of the Smurfs’ collective efforts to defeat Gargamel. And the 1986 statute that criminalized this activity became informally memorialized as the “anti-smurfing” statute.
The real term for the crime the anti-smurfing statute criminalized is “structuring.” Structuring is the act of making an effort to avoid the $10,000 cash-reporting rule by breaking up a cash transaction into a series of smaller amounts.
If prosecutors indict you for structuring, you could face a five-year prison sentence and a $250,000 fine. But the law also lets prosecutors seize every dime in your bank account, even if they never bother to indict you. There’s no need that you deposit “dirty money” – indeed, the government can confiscate legally earned, after-tax earnings from your business or any other source.
On March 11, 1988, a notice appeared in the Federal Register that proposed posting a prominent announcement in every US bank announcing the fact that “smurfing” was now illegal. After all, given the choice of filing a form with the government that could lead to an investigation or not, which would you choose?
But very quietly, the proposed regulation was withdrawn. The results were entirely predictable: The vast majority of smurfing investigations involved cases of innocent non-criminal activity. Smurfing is smurfing, and if you do it, the government can confiscate every dollar in your bank account and put you in jail to boot. A Treasury Department analysis in 1991 concluded that over 75% of the money seized under the structuring law belonged to people not involved in any illegal activity.
This racket has now been going for 28 years, with thousands of law-abiding Americans stripped of their savings and, in many cases, imprisoned as well.
A textbook case is that of Daniel Aversa, who in 1993 was sentenced to a mandatory prison term for conspiring with a friend to hide income from his wife. The scheme, which involved smurfing, triggered reports of suspicious transactions in Aversa’s and his friend’s bank accounts. After sentencing Aversa and his “co-conspirator” to a mandatory prison term, Judge Martin Loughlin wrote:
Defendants should never have been prosecuted for structuring currency transactions… where evidence showed that defendants were not attempting to avoid paying tax on money or disguise where it came from… The evidence shows that [Aversa] did not believe that [he] was breaking any law… There is only one explanation for the bringing of these charges – it was easy.
In 1994, the Supreme Court overturned the conviction of another defendant convicted of structuring, because prosecutors couldn’t prove the defendant knew it was illegal. Congress responded in 2000 with a law that makes structuring punishable even “without the need to prove specific knowledge that such evasion is unlawful.”
And today, nearly three decades after the enactment of the original law, the vast majority of structuring investigations still involve legally earned, after-tax funds. Prosecutors love the law because winning is a slam-dunk. And it’s getting used more and more, because seizing agencies keep a cut of what they confiscate – sometimes as much as 80%. More than 100 multiagency task forces are now combing through the 700,000 Suspicious Activity Reports that banks file every year, looking for accounts to seize. And it’s working.
According to a report from the Institute for Justice, in 2005, the IRS initiated only 114 smurfing seizures. By 2012, that number had grown to 639. But just like two decades ago, in modern structuring cases, criminal charges are brought about only 20% of the time.
Nor has the profile of the victims changed much since the 1980s:
  • A woman who owned a Mexican restaurant followed her mother’s advice to keep deposits under $10,000 to “avoid paperwork.” She lost $33,000 to the IRS.
  • The owner of a grocery store in Michigan had an insurance policy that only covered losses of cash of an amount smaller than $10,000. He would wait until he had close to $10,000 in the till, and then take the cash to a local bank. The IRS seized the entire account, more than $35,000.
  • An army sergeant asked a bank teller how to avoid paying a second round of tax on cash he was about to deposit in his bank account. The teller suggested keeping the deposits below $10,000. After complying with the teller’s suggestion, the sergeant lost $66,000 to confiscation.
When someone fights back against the seizure, prosecutors usually offer them a plea deal. If they don’t contest the confiscation of their money, they won’t go to jail. It almost always works. And those who do fight rack up huge legal bills. A typical retainer for one of the few attorneys who actually handle structuring cases starts around $20,000. Sometimes the IRS offers a partial settlement. The agency seizes your lawfully earned cash and, like a kidnapper, asks for a ransom to get it back.
For decades, I’ve criticized the monstrous way the IRS has enforced the anti-smurfing laws. But finally, the agency has decided to back down – a little.
Last month, The New York Times published an exposé on the anti-smurfing laws, which included some of the more recent examples I’ve highlighted in this essay. Suddenly, for the first time since 1986, the anti-smurfing statute was in the spotlight.
You might have expected the IRS to trot out a spokesperson to defend the practice of confiscating legitimately earned money from cash-based businesses. It’s done that before, most notably in defending the notorious “Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act” (FATCA).
But it didn’t. Instead, Richard Weber, the chief of the IRS Criminal Investigation Division, without any apology or explanation, announced that for the first time since the anti-smurfing statute was enacted in 1986, it would no longer confiscate funds associated solely with “legal source” structuring. Of course, there are exceptions; Confiscation of your legally earned cash is OK if “exceptional circumstances” justify the seizure.
Oh, and the new policy won’t apply to past seizures. People like the Mexican restaurant owner, the grocer, and the army sergeant won’t get their money back without a fight.
Not coincidentally, the anti-smurfing statute is unique to the US. There’s nothing like it internationally, although most countries today require the reporting of “large” cash transactions with banks to a national anti-money-laundering authority. A handful of countries, including Australia and Canada, also ban “parceling” the transactions into smaller transactions below the applicable limits to avoid reporting. But in all cases, the relevant legislation targets only illicit funds, not legally earned cash. The US is the only country with anti-smurfing that explicitly targets lawful funds.
There are, of course, solutions available. The most important strategy is to avoid structuring currency transactions in the US. Despite the new policy that Mr. Weber announced, there’s nothing to stop the IRS from going back to the old policy once the media shifts its attention back to the likes of Kim Kardashian, Justin Bieber, and Miley Cyrus. And since seizing agencies get to keep most of the cash they grab, there are plenty of financial incentives to do so.
The second strategy, of course, is to get your money out of the US into a financial system in which the government doesn’t look at your legitimate assets as a piggy bank it can tap whenever convenient. There couldn’t be a better time to start than now.

A Picture containing 1,000 words

......which, unfortunately, we can't tune in on.

Michelle Obama

No tears for Barry since he's an ameriKan Stalin. Being Pezident always seems to do three things: turn a person's hair gray, wreck his marriage, and showcase his sexual adventurism -- gay with Barry and W, straight (?) with Slick.

Not that I'm granting for a minute the premise that Michelle's an actual woman!

This encore is also from

It contains a plethora of typically haughty, evil pics of it. ("Was" a very angry first lady?) Moochelle sure is ugly, isn't she? You know, like his supposedly gorgeous, charismatic, articulate, brilliant husband.

What do you know? These so-called wars are all about MONEY

http://www.brasschecktv.com/videos/war-is-a-racket-1/war-on-terror-is-the-new-gold-rush.html
War on terror is the new gold rush Permanent, secret war is new normal

$11.5 billion was shipped to Iraq to pay secret contractors etc., but is mostly unaccounted for. That's on top of the mountains of money being spent on "normal" wartime stuff. And it's really in effect funding the domestic security state! Oh, save us from those terrible AYRABS. Here -- take my rights and liberties. Do whatever you have to, but SAVE ME FROM A REPEAT OF 9/11, will you!

It's over -- America is over, as long as we the people go on permitting this. Note that there isn't any antiwar movement anymore. Many or most of the people who led the one 50 years ago are still alive, but they're certainly not saying anything as long as there's a Dummacrat president.

Course, they didn't say anything worth mentioning under the Bushes or Reagan either. In other words, we waste away in a sea of banality and gutlessness.

..........Also in today's news, "Minimum Wage Workers Earn Less Money Than Welfare Recipients on Facebook". The headline is as obnoxious as the fact that an otherwise great site, Liberty Crier, makes you log into FB to read their links!?!?!?!!!

South Carolina "heart" Israel

I know what I think of this development:

http://www.scag.gov/archives/18538
South Carolina Stands with Israel
By: Attorney General Alan Wilson
There is no better friend to the United States and to South Carolina than the nation of Israel.
Today, our friend is under constant attacks on multiple fronts. These relentless threats to the safety and security of Israel jeopardize the international economy, the stability of that region, and could ultimately threaten world peace.....

Only you can determine how you feel about it, but here are a few thinking points:

1. WHO SAYS Israel is America's best friend, or even America's friend?
2. WHAT MAKES Israel America's -- or South Carolina's -- friend? Like most such declarations, this one includes nothing substantiating this notion -- the writer simply declares it's the case and starts to go blah blah blah about what WE have to do FOR Israel.
3. America is serving as Israel's junkyard dog. Young South Carolinians are dying in the resulting "wars" strictly to (supposedly) save and enrich Israelis and their Zionist cousins here. Exactly what are we getting in return?
4. What's the meaning of this?--
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=asGvjbfIASA
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu gets 29 standing ovations from Congress

Surely you'll agree that supporting any foreign country to this extent, Jewish or otherwise, is TREASON.

It's bad enough that Americas existence is totally given over to the whims of modern counterfeit Israel -- but for individual states to do so, it's absolutely intolerable.

Our late friend Henry Link left a number of videotapes behind and I'm going through them during mealtimes. This evening, one happened to be of the Republican presidential so-called debates in like 2008 or 2012. It so happened that where I popped the tape in, they spent about half an hour on how America should best go about solving other countries' problems, all of them hated and feared by Israel. It seemed as if Huckabee, Giuliani et al and even Tom Tancredo would never shut up about how they want America to forget attending to its own pressing problems and prostrate itself to the service (or destruction) of people on the other side of the world.

Even when John McCain was finally asked a question about some entirely other subject, he went on blabbing as if the subject had not been changed! By his body lagnuage and cherubic facial contortions, it was painfully obvious he was playing strictly to Sheldon Adelson and company, not to you or me or even the millions of Americans viewing at home.

America doesn't have enough money, energy or other resources to throw away on Israel or any foreign entity. If my state's Attorney General takes even five minutes away from his business of serving the real, pressing needs of South Carolinians to get on this bandwagon, I CALL HIM A TRAITOR!

Some don't want me mixing Patriot Network business with Jewish subjects, but THESE SUBJECTS DEEPLY, DIRECTLY IMPACT the ENTIRE population of the "free world" and much of the rest of it. If it were Irish, Albanians, Rastafarians or Sikhs doing this to us, my response would be exactly the same: tell the stark honest truth and demand an end to the curse.
