We will explain what you can do and what you need to do.
This day-long seminar will explain how easy it is for the students to win if you stand up for yourself and follow the rules. We teach you what to say and how to assert your rights.
This administrative tribunal has simple procedures which victims can easily learn. The routine is elementary and anybody can learn what to do in a few hours.

Is Obamacare terminal and down for the count?
There are many signs that among deeply unpopular US presidencies, Obama's is the champ. I've got a thread going in another forum to that effect

The extremely hard-hitting www.blacklistednews.com or “BLN” has rich material on the world and national situation as always. I'd forgotten posting Ivory Coast president refuses phone call from Obama... on the above page from www.drudgereport.com, and what do you know – per BLN, the global power mafia has recently added Ivory Coast to its list target practice:

With few exceptions, each BLN link opens to an article in some news outlet, quite often those in the “mainstream” media. Yes, the “mainstream” media are constantly reporting real-world news but alternately flavoring it with sugar and arsenic in order to sell the fall of the West as something groovy and all-natural. But here's BLN the headline that really got me going this morning:

The first signs of a full repeal of the Obama health care overhaul emerged this week when the US Congress finally voted to repeal key portions of the bill that would have imposed significant new tax and paperwork burdens on small businesses. US Senator Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) hailed the repeal as a “down payment on total repeal,” indicating that the GOP-dominated Congress still plans to aggressively move forward against the bill.

Since the Paul-Lee amendment was offered on the floor of the Senate March 30, there haven't been any floor votes. Senator Paul told Fox Business Channel's Judge Andrew Napolitano on his show Freedom Watch March 31:
Right now, my resolution has been basically taken off the table. For three days now, we've had no votes. And they're not going to vote again today, maybe because I think they don't want to vote on whether or not Congress should have this authority. They're embarrassed that the President took them to war precisely with the same kind of reasoning that they've always criticized up here.
...............Now this from one of the best activists and publicists in Columbia area. I don't see anything about a BBQ in the Policy Council's site, so let me know whether you're able to find it in Facebook, please:

A VICTORY!
The South Carolina General Assembly ratified the Roll Call bill Tuesday. The only thing left is for Governor Haley to sign the bill.
Please join us for the celebration at the bill signing on Tuesday, April 12th, in the 1st floor lobby of the State House at 11:30!
You have worked hard for three years to get this common sense piece of legislation passed. Because of your hard work, South Carolina has moved from having one of the worst records of who voted for what laws to being to being one of the best!
Beginning Tuesday, April 12th, every new law that is passed and every section of the budget will have a roll call vote recorded in the journal of the Senate and the House.
Now, you will know how your legislator voted.
Now, you will have the information you need to determine if you want to vote for him or her at the polls.
So let’s celebrate a victory, and then get ready for our next battle. Be in the 1st floor lobby of the state house for the bill signing with Governor Haley on April 12 th at 11:30 AM.
