Does every country have an "IRS" Gestapo? The Argentina case

Argentina would be one of the most sensational places on earth if it could get out from under the kind of national politics represented by this ruling family with the foreign-scented name:

Bad vibes’ spoil Kirchners’ decade in Argentina

The pattern down there is all too familiar. Thieving dictators consider themselves magical if not divine. They just don't understand why the public don't like their tyrannical, brazenly selfish and power-drunk ways; they insult, exploit and oppress their constituents, but it doesn't seem to help.

Note the dollar factor in the above story. I guess when the dollar is down to 4% of its proper historic value but all the other countries are even less, why, the dollar manages to keep its international sheen for awhile longer!

Kirchner -- is that Irish?
