Some federal taxes actually get stalled

I think it was the great Michael Rivero that reported that Obamacare isn't expected to last two more years, it's so unpopular and all-fired disastrous. Yummy:

ObamaCare fear after tax freeze
ObamaCare advocates are growing fearful that several key taxes frozen in Wednesday’s budget deal will never go into effect.
The pair of budget deals negotiated by congressional leaders would halt or delay three ObamaCare taxes, forcing the president to make his biggest concession yet since his healthcare law was passed.
Hours after the deal was announced, White House spokesman Josh Earnest downplayed the biggest change – a delay of the Cadillac tax – as “minimal.” But supporters of the law say they’re worried that the delay of these taxes, until after Obama leaves office, will ultimately lead to their demise.....

Wicked pedia: "Informally, a Cadillac plan is any unusually expensive health insurance plan, usually arising in discussions of medical-cost control measures in the United States." Now that's pretty cheeky slang, isn't it!

More good news -- some crooked lawyers actually get put out of business by courts! Here's just one of the thousands of rich, strange tidbits at newsoftheweird.com:

In November, lawyer Michael Petersen of Appleton, Wisconsin, was ordered by county judge Philip Kirk (in a sentence for contempt of court) to inform every client he acquires in the following 12 months that Petersen is a "crook," "cheat," "thief" and "liar." Kirk concluded that Peterson had lied about a plea deal with the prosecutor and created phony documents for backup, leading a client to plead guilty to armed robbery when the prosecutor said there was never such a deal. According to the Appleton Post Crescent, Kirk (after dressing down Petersen in colorful language) told him, "I want you to have as much business as a pimp in a nursing home."
