And not a minute too soon. It's 47 years since the infamous Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965 was passed, but maybe there's some hope.... somewhere.... of bringing order to the situation. Why did they suddenly do it this Tuesday, when the border war is already so old? Surely all they have to do to fix the problem is legalize drugs.
