If you're starting to ask what there is in existence that the greedy govt-goons haven't already tried to tax, regulate, or otherwise ruin belonging to the people, you're not alone. The rationale for the above item is particularly galling: "to offset lost revenue under the Fed's proposed interchange fee cap."
