Tough questions for the DMV

  The "Driver's License Dear Department of Motor Vehicles Director, 
I have some questions regarding the application of the “motor vehicle” codes. As your organization is the prime testing and “licensing” agency for “drivers”, I believe it is incumbent upon your agency to provide redress for any questions arising out of confusion with the statutes/codes/case law, etc. in reference to these areas. 
As I cannot make future decisions based simply on MY interpretation of what I think a pamphlet or publication says and I cannot interpret law as I am not a lawyer, I require written confirmation directly from you as to the exact stance and beliefs of your office in regard to my questions and as such, a cookie-cutter response of pre-printed sales fliers will not be sufficient as a reply to my questions. I require you adhere to the administration of your duties as director of operations of your particular office, and answer my questions individually and in writing. 
That is why this letter is addressed to you personally and directly. You are the leader and therefore I must assume, the highest authority on the practices, policies and official “legal” stance on ALL aspects of The DMV and the lawful relationship set up between the DMV and those who fill out and sign an application for a “driver’s license”. 
As it is a right of the American people to petition their government for redress of ANY grievances and you are a government agency, I consider a response to my questions MANDATORY on your part. I will accept nothing less than full cooperation with THIS official request for information on your part. I require this information in order to make legal decisions that very much will affect my future, therefore it is extremely important that I receive accurate information regarding my questions. Your response(s) will be necessary to effect future decisions on my part. That is why a pamphlet or stamped out response will not be sufficient as a proper reply. 
As I understand this may be asking for a little extra effort on your part I have prepared the flowing separate page(s) to simply be filled out, copied and returned to me with answers and full U.S. Code and law references included. If the form is incomplete or blank, the answer will be considered to be null and void as a proper reply to a request for information. 
I’m sure you believe that most if not all of the questions I have can probably be addressed by a flier or information pamphlet, but that would not be sufficient for the reasons previously stated in regard to my issues, hence; 
My questions center around the claim by the DMV that in order to “drive” or “operate” a “motor vehicle”, or obtain a “driver’s license”, that I need a Social Security Number. If this is accurate, then the following questions arise. To whit the following; 
1) Can the government require a man or woman born in America to obtain a “license” in order to move their property from place to place in the mode of the day for private purposes, who is not involved in traffic, commerce, ferrying passengers, carrying cargo or trade for profit on the roadways?

After I'd originally moved to SC, I wrote its DMV and asked whether I was required to get a driver's license if I wasn't going to be using the roads for commercial purposes. They sent me from one department of government after another for an answer -- nobody would answer the extremely simple question for herself.

This told me the supposed extremists and right-wing nuts challenging the "drivers license" construct were on to something. If only enough people would put it to the test, we'd be freer.

We've heard before from Mr, Scheuer, former head of the fedgov's bin Laden unit, but never with an entirely sane interrogator -- and certainly not for a half hour! By 6:10 he's summing up what the Arab world that we're destroying thinks of us in a nutshell, i.e. they see "arrogance, hubris and effeminacy" in our behavior and M.O.

Think about that -- what an odd combination! Wow, get Wikipedia on hubris: "extreme pride or self-confidence. When it offends the gods of ancient Greece, it is usually punished." That's us to a T, for over 100 years now! But effeminacy -- with all the bombs we're dropping and towns we're obliterating?

Alas, the shoe fits perfectly there, too. Washington is run by "chickenhawks" -- rich and famous politicians demanding and running wars from air-conditioned facilities with a coffee maker in every room. They don't don uniform, rifle, hazmat suit etc. themselves to go off and kill these strangers or even send their own military-age children. In other words, in spite of its indescribably huge, sprawling destructiveness, there's no actual manhood in the White House or even the DOD.

Obama, the leader of the free world -- when he's "married" to a known transvestite and doesn't have the guts to admit a single unpleasant truth about himself? THIS preening little girl, this pathological narcissist -- , this 98-pound weakling for Commander-in-Chief? I think I'm seeing what they mean.
