The obvious fact is that the TSA poisons everything it touches. Would somebody kindly explain what it's doing in existence when we already had the NTSB?

Before 9/11 the NTSB was always quoted in news stories when there was a big plane crash or something. The TSA has done to it what desegregation did to the historically black colleges.
