More details on IRS viciousness, arrogance and callousness

Nothing earthshaking, but -- well, kind of earthshaking:

http://politicsusatoday.blogspot.com/2015/01/irs-watchdog-elderly-and-disabled.html
IRS Watchdog: Elderly and Disabled Taxpayers Not Allowed to Leave Messages

Dr. Clarkson maintained that the "Service" targets the weak, poor and elderly by cause they're easier marks. This would jive with that -- especially in the wake of our loss of Henry Link, a South Carolina patriot who was still being hounded and persecuted by the tax thieves when he died aged 94 in 2013.

My thesis is that government is predatory. It preys on the people it purports to serve. It robs, rapes and kills as many of us as it can get away with, and stultifies and harrasses the rest..... except the high and mighty types mirroring government in the private sector (but I repeat myself).

Everybody lives in their own little world -- far more than they know, including myself. For most people, the soggy ground their world stands on is the assumption that government is benign, it loves us, it wants to to everything for our benefit. Amazingly, when something like the IRS abuse hits them personally, an easy 99% of them go on with the fantasy, believing it's just a fluke and the government still meant well the whole time.

Where have we heard this before? Oh yes -- people gaily sacrificing their children to the war god and forever reassuring themselves that it was all to the good -- nation-building, winning hearts and minds, bringing democracy, stopping terror, tra-la, tra-la.

Government wouldn't lie to us, right?

Much ironic but unfunny news at NOTW

The News of the Weird weekly newsprint feature is going strong. There are a number of items bearing directly on our favorite subjects. One of the best, because it's among the worst:

http://www.newsoftheweird.com/archive/nw150104.html
Even though one state requires 400 hours' training just to become a professional manicurist, for instance, most states do not demand nearly such effort to become armed security guards, according to a CNN/Center for Investigative Reporting analysis released in December. Fifteen states require no firearms training at all; 46 ignore mental health status; nine do not check the FBI's criminal background database; and 27 states fail to ascertain whether an applicant is banned by federal law from even carrying a gun. (After an ugly incident in Arizona in which a juvenile gun offender was hired as a guard, the state added a box on its form for applicants to "self-report" the federal ban -- but still refuses to use the FBI database.) [CNN, 12-10-2014]

Visit the site often -- since it isn't updated every single week, I check in every month or so. Why am I writing this column and sharing with you this specific information? So you can redeploy it among your friends, family, co-workers, readers et al.

You say you don't have readers, i.e. via a blog, column or whatever? Perhaps you should start one or more, write letters to editors etc. Self-expression is physically and mentally good for you. Why, even scientists have found it so!

Contact your local non-daily newspaper and ask if they'd accept a month's worth of columns from you. What do you have to lose?

Renegade Forbes article an avalanche of good ideas. Read EVERY word of it!

It's hard work getting politicians and big entities to acknowledge the existence of the real world. They live by their own rules and generally regard us as ignorant, laughable "rubes" that inconveniently need to be suckered over and over with each new election cycle.

Prominent among these large entities are governments and media empires. Forbes magazine is an icon of this high-floating realm of existence, having been published for many years by jet-setting plutocrat Malcolm Forbes. It's not every day that such a periodical suddenly embraces reality and abandons political correctness. When it does, it's fleeting -- but scrumptious:

http://www.forbes.com/sites/briandomitrovic/2014/09/08/transacting-in-gold-can-shaft-the-irs/
Transacting in Gold Can Shaft The IRS

"Shaft the IRS"? I just typed it and I'm looking at the phrase again, but still can't believe it. What's next, the New York Times coming out for "family values" and demanding that Hollywood and Washington be bulldozed into their respective oceans?

Can all the good news in this piece be real? Are we so ready to just go back to real money -- is the light so green as they say? Sure, states pass nice laws the people are dying to have, but do they actually stand by them if they conflict with the agenda of the Permanent Regime in Washington?

From another angle, Forbes has to know that gold bugs are considered dangerous wacko "terr'ists" now, crazies "clinging to guns or religion" in the contemptuous words of Pretendent Obama. Forbes mag is for millionaires and billionaires, and people straining to reach that level of social, financial nirvana. The plutocrats are the ones whose daily rounds of activity include suppressing the price of gold and demonizing its defenders.

No, Ron Paul hasn't taken over as editor. I just checked, it's still Malcolm Forbes' horrible neocon son Steve. And what do you know, Julian Assange is the cover story of the 2011 sample issue Wikipedia shows.

Filthy Bill Cosby situation produces tasty ironies

A site your mother wouldn't want you to read (but God would) is great at chronicling the gross, shameless hypocrisy of gliberals:

http://www.amren.com/news/2015/01/what-french-free-speech/
French elites who say "I am Charlie" are the first to ban free speech

Much closer to home than the alleged attack on the French satire magazine Charlie Hebdo is the sickening revelations about the ultimate "African American" icon, Bill Cosby. It's bad enough that he's drugged and/or seduced and raped all these women, but don't miss the fact that it's a clear case of vicious race hatred ad work: for over half a century he's enjoyed superstar status. He could have had all the white women he wanted without the above measures, but forcibly degraded them anyway. Ergo, he is a monstrous and genuine racist bent on imagined revenge against whites by the most depraved means necessary.

For 31 years he has been conflated with the "Mr. Family Values" character he played in his eponymous hit series, Dr. Heathcliff Huxtable of New York, NY. TV addicts worldwide, typically not concerning themselves with the actual character of the people playing their favorite characters, have swallowed Cosby hook, line and sinker as virtually synonymous with the brilliant, kindly doctor. (They used to buy medical nostrums hawked by their other beloved "doctor" character figure Robert Young of "Marcus Welby" fame.) The spot quiz as to our character is how we, consumers of first-world pop culture, are reacting to the news that Cosby himself is a feral criminal. Alas, if you're imagining that people everywhere are accepting this harsh reality with clear-headed moral discernment, you're wrong -- but fortunately, I'm here as always to burst your bubble.

http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/bill-cosby-show-disrupted-by-762416
Bill Cosby Show Disrupted By Chanters: "We Believe The Women"

The fact that there's any difference of opinion here -- two sides of the "issue" -- is a dismal reflection on us,the public. Cosby has no defense -- his only response to the accusations is that of a slily trained change agent, featuring a Hillaryesque "there's no evidence of that" public statement (i.e. no comment) and an approach of "everybody just play it cool and it will blow away" regarding those rightly disrupting his mid-crisis public gigs.

Did he study damage control with Hillary -- or Billary? Has he been studying the old "news" label successfully stuck on the Whitewater scandals, with its endless variations of Travelgate, Templegate, Filegate etc? It is certainly Slick Willy who has (even recently) popularized the "let them speak" approach to being heckled. Time will tell whether Cosby enjoys that level of teflonism.

"Read more," urges the above site, "Bill Cosby Jokes About Sex Scandal During Canadian Stand-Up Show." How many eerie parallels are we going to rack up between him and Slick Willy? The media and professional race hustlers ecstatically crowned Slick "the first black president." Ebony or Jet or similar magazine even published a color photo of the Sexident doctored to make him fully black -- kinky hair and all. More courageous periodicals documented his secret son by a black prostitute, Danny Williams.

The blessed irony here is that it's mostly women who elected Slick both times, even after the whole world gained positive knowledge of his history of forcible rape and flagrant, incessant "sexual harassment"..... but now women appear to be leading the anti-Cosby movement!

Their indignation would be all the more righteous if they'd show a little more consistency. Unquestionably, women led the way in electing the current amoral occupant of the Oval Office, and they'd put Slick back in it in a heartbeat if given a chance.

It's thrilling to see them go after Cosby on correct, sane open-and-shut moral principles. Anybody have a clue why the double standard? Are they "racist" or something?

Say..... Cosby's crimes have to have resulted in numerous pregnancies, but I don't see any of his victims claiming to have conceived by him. What did he do, mop their orifices out with Clorox like the common thugs making frequent headlines these days -- or did he repeatedly write checks to make such problems disappear like Frank Sinatra?

If you're not vomiting from pure revulsion yet, read Kitty Kelley's unauthorized biography of the much-deified crooner, and contemplate all the way through that this is simply how the rich and famous "live."

The great failing of good, e.g. conservative, people

.......is letting bad, e.g. wacko liberal, people run on and on.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GUlpmrmSbaI
CrossTalk: Unimarriage?

If loooove is all there is to marriage, I hope those presently pushing for the homosexual variety are ready to give equal weight to those pushing for "zoophilia"and the other sickening, unthinkable mental illnesses that are already making headlines.

Grace Gelder "married" herself. In Peter Tatchell's opinion, should she collect double social security when she reaches 65?

http://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2014/oct/04/i-married-myself-wedding

The good people here mention it only fleetingly and duly allow it to be shot down -- twice. Wish they'd study my dialectic methods, which starts with taking the offensive. Another basic principle is keep the discussion on point. For instance, if you ask a question, don't let it fall between the cracks. Do you believe in your position or don't you, MEP Bloom?

Yet another layer of MAJOR IRS tyranny

This thing has more variations on this business than there are variants in "Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini."

Things in your cubbyhole

..........that have accumulated while I've been occupied with some other business.

Everything they do has an opposite effect than claimed, making things worse.

TSA Makes Travel More Dangerous

The obvious fact is that the TSA poisons everything it touches. Would somebody kindly explain what it's doing in existence when we already had the NTSB?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Transportation_Safety_Board

Before 9/11 the NTSB was always quoted in news stories when there was a big plane crash or something. The TSA has done to it what desegregation did to the historically black colleges.

.......Now for the facts on a certain simpering, whimpering, yarmulke-donning, gefiltefish-munching little neocon strumpet from Kentucky:

.......If Trayvon Martin looked like the son Obummer would have had, it seems we should be adding him to the growing pile of Obama's Founding Fathers (Obummer "senior", Frank Marshall Davis, Malcolm X et al):

Justin Raimondo: Obama’s Doubletalk And The Infinite Loop Of Orchestrated Hysteria

.......What's this, I'm agreeing with a bunch of official socialists more than the average GOP flunky?
http://www.wsws.org/en/articles/2014/09/12/iraq-s12.html
US to rapidly expand war in Iraq and Syria

A sickeningly twisted media god named Kevin Wall guest-hosted the sickeningly twisted Bill Bennett radio program this morning, and chirped that many CONgresscritters are known to listen to the show and are just dying to give the people the policies they want this session if only we'd call in and tell them on the air! But have you noticed something? No matter what we want, do or say, no matter what promises are made, no matter whether it works or not, the STATUS QUO remains in place -- and the centerpiece of that is KILL KILL KILL people by the thousands that Israel hates and fears.

Yeah, Obummer refused to bomb Iran -- but he's outdoing Bush in the nation-killing operation.

OK, here's a great tax item to kick the new year off. Look how much saner the itty bitty countries are than the behemoths in some ways!

Yep -- the news is all bad here. For the good news, you've got to come to PN meetings. One's tomorrow!
